Our review Process:

• All such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.

• Other complaints can be e-mailed directly to [email protected].  Please include a detailed description and any screenshots that you may have. 
• Management will make final decision on the review process.
• Users in violation of terms may experience suspension of account, termination of account, or potentially being reported to authorities.
• Users who would like to appeal a decision can write directly to [email protected].  Please include any supporting documentation that you feel is relevant.  
• Appeals requests will be responded to and resolved within 7 business days.
